      Pros

      The coworkers & physicians are excellent. All work well together as a team. The facilities are well kept. There is sufficient opportunities for growth and learning.

      Cons

      Some of the management personnel appear less than appreciative of the staff. The pay level is at par with market value, nothing above market level.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
