      it is a good job in research. it is good work and helping people and making a difference

      no way to move up in the system. there is no career growth. its hard to transfer in the system

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
