      team work is great, directors accommodate school/work schedule. work load is good and if census is too high they offer centive pay

      pay rate is not that great compared to other hospitals near by

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
