      Pros

      Dept. manager and employees are very friendly and work as a team. You get to do every job in the department gaining experience in all aspects of hospital pharmacy.

      Cons

      Pay is a little below the average for a hospital technician. Regional director not personal very disconnected with workforce and micro manages from afar.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
