Pros
If you just need a job for a year or less and you can afford being underpaid, the actual job itself isn't too bad. Can learn a lot while there about AML and more. Nice location in downtown phoenix - for now.
Cons
Glorified staffing firm is an overstatement since you basically can't freely apply to work at any of the clients. The model is cosourcing, with you getting paid less than a clients own employee gor the same job and expected to produce more at a higher quality level. You show up and get placed in one project or another, effectively stuck there unless you probe yourself very capable. Maybe you can get hired by the client via AMLRS but the salary offer they make are non negotiable. A few men do end up being very flirtatious with women quite regularly. How far it goes beyond that is unclear. Plenty of people dont engage in that kind of behavior, but no one really speaks up. Definitely easier to be male than female at this office. Don't drink with people, don't get too friendly with people, there are a few manipulative types and more that are big mouthed or gossipy.
