Pros
free coffee, nice co workers
Cons
The management is horrible and are all hired because they were friends with someone else higher up. Training is inadequate, yet they tell clients they are being provided with highly trained BSA/AML professionals, most of which have never worked in the field before. Technology is horrible, slow computers, slow systems. Often times out of work, with no direction on what to do in down times other than to sit there doing nothing. The work is mindless and it causes morale to be low in the office, it's dead quiet and all you hear are keyboards clicking. Favorites are played very often and if they like you then you will be promoted, if not, you are going to be an analyst I for your time here. Pay is extremely low for the industry average. The benefits offered are expensive with high deductibles and nobody in the company was there to walk through open enrollment and explain the benefits. They set unrealistic production goals with clients, which are very hard to meet and you will be scolded if you do not meet them. Wiring all over the floor and every where in the office from the computers, which seems like a safety hazard. They do not want to invest in their employees and think everyone can be replaced from what i've seen.
