Pros
AML , as well as most industries, you "need experience to get experience." This company is willing to take a chance on smart people that have potential. Your career here is entirely what you make it. You have a unique opportunity to work on various different banks and MSBs while still staying with the same organization. There is a semi-flexible work schedule and the company has begun implementing bonuses and various other incentives. Great work environment with fun, supportive people who are always available to help if you reach out.
Cons
The pay is not as high as analysts with other companies BUT you have to understand the company's business model. AMLRS is designed to train entry-level analysts who otherwise would likely not have the opportunity to work in this industry. To the people complaining that they got the same percentage raise as everyone else -- maybe you should try negotiating. If you are a top performer (in terms of quantity and quality), then know your worth and take charge of your own career. Don't expect handouts. If you want more than a pat on the back, then start by asking.
