Pros
I quit this job two months ago to have a little summer break before I go off to graduate school, and telling the manager that I quit was the best feeling in the world, this says a lot bout the company. I personally did not enjoy working here and would rather not get paid for two whole months then to continue working here. However, if you’re looking to get into the AML industry and have no prior experience, then this is the place for you. Many other jobs involving AML require at least some experience. Please do you’re research on AML/BSA before working here, I wish I did. AML is a pretty boring industry, as you see the same thing over and over again so the work is very mundane. However, depending on you’re major, this may be a good job. I know I could have gotten a much much much better job out of college but did not care as I knew I was heading bck to graduate school after a year. The company does have a pretty in my opinion bad culture/vibe. So my advice, get experience and leave.
Cons
-Pay is way too low for this field -benefits are horrible -they view their employees as numbers and statistics instead of individuals -upper management can be better -pto/sick days are used as one -they are a contract company so if they can’t get any contracts, there is a chance you might not have work and that equals a lay off -there is no upward movement in the company
