Pros

Not micromanaged, flexible start times, only good for first time job seekers or inexperienced

Cons

All salaried positions so they don’t pay you overtime but expect it from you. No company culture because too busy focused on clients projects that constantly change & your mgr is in another state. It’s very fragmented company You’re treated like a robot & moved from desk to desk without warning or placed on a table w/a laptop to work & you have no say. They care about their clients first & simply treat their employees as tools & as means to an end. There is favoritism & discrimination & passive aggressive behavior in one associate mgr. They always seem to select a few poor unlucky new hires to get put on clients project that everyone hates... it’s like being sent to the land of misfits...something’s up with it. Unless you’re desperate don’t waste your time here. This is most uncaring & cold company. The mgrs manage projects not people they don’t know to lead nor do they care. They love to hire young people right out of college so they don’t have to pay them much & know they can take advantage of.

Pros

Individual managers you directly report to can be incredibly understanding and supportive. The work can be interesting.

Cons

It's a managed services company, and sometimes goals are unrealistic. Pressure can be intense. Managers are often promoted through the ranks and might not actually be cut out to manage people - it's highly variable. Sometimes you get unlucky. It tends to be writing intensive and requires attention to detail fr fr, and a lot of people overestimate their abilities.
