Pros
The flexibility for this company is amazing. Even before Covid, there was flexibility granted to employees for appointments and other things. The work can be interesting as you can work on different clients or different projects within one client.
Cons
Until very recently, the company had no Black people in leadership. Black people are consistently looked over for promotions. The leadership is racially tone deaf (white woman referring to her adopted Black daughter as "my black skinned child.") The company is also socially tone deaf and plans meaningless events and activities just to say that they did something. There are some good managers at the company. However, the lack of managerial training is quite obvious. The pay is quite low for the field. Management doesn't care about retaining talent. There is often an expectation by management to do extra work, which may or may not come with a bonus. The company keeps the pay and pay grade scale secret to confuse employees about being underpaid.
