Place is absolutely horrible. Terrible and toxic culture that consumes your soul. You're essentially working in a sweatshop where you're expected to work overtime on top of the already 10 hour days with zero bonus/pay incentive. This place has non-compete agreements with several banks, meaning banks won't hire you for at least a year after your time at AMLRS, so if you're looking to get into a career in AML don't come here or you'll be stuck. Constant micro-management and belittlement from under qualified "managers". They fire people for not hitting their self implemented daily quotas. Human Resources is worthless and you'll have zero say in what project you're placed on. All of the recent 5 star reviews are blatantly fake. Honestly wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. I wish there was an option to give a negative star rating. Take my word for it and avoid this place like the plague. Quitting was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
