Pros

They hire people with no background in AML and train you....Flexible schedule ...that's literally it and it totally depends on what project you get put on.

Cons

- The salary is depressing $42k - $45k..... - Only give you 9 paid holidays - You move from project to project so as soon as you feel like you're comfortable...boom you're off to the next client - LOTS OF NEPOTISM. The managers here really don't care about you....also i've noticed all upper managers are from Ohio. Literally like all of them....so don't expect to make it that far . -Turn over rate is crazy high and for good reason - No career progression . They say they'll pay for your CAMS but it's a lie...been here 3 yrs and nothing. - Don't expect a christmas bonus or raise...last year we got a box of stale cookies and the year before that it was a $100 raise lol...they genuinely don't care about their employee's. - Unrealistic client expectations.....depending on what project youre on you'll be required to close 12 - 90 AML cases LOL .... - Don't expect any real feedback....they only email you when you'r production is low or quality is bad.....no recognition when you're doing well.....

Pros

Individual managers you directly report to can be incredibly understanding and supportive. The work can be interesting.

Cons

It's a managed services company, and sometimes goals are unrealistic. Pressure can be intense. Managers are often promoted through the ranks and might not actually be cut out to manage people - it's highly variable. Sometimes you get unlucky. It tends to be writing intensive and requires attention to detail fr fr, and a lot of people overestimate their abilities.
