Pros

The position was WFH with freedom to go at your own schedule as long as you met daily goals. Depending on what client you are assigned the daily goals can vary. Some clients the work took 5-6 hours per day while some it could take 8+, this was a give and take situation bc AML wants you to bill 8 hrs per day. Also the OT when offered was substandard as they classified it as a CSB and only paid $5-7 more per hr than your wage. This was also give and take bc the OT is based on production and not hrs worked but honestly they should be better about this.

Cons

They pay at an entry level and the training is brief. The raise scale is minuscule, the overall company doesn’t appear to well managed, but they are very adept at paying minimal compensation. In your interview they will ask what model cell phone you have. This is bc some of their clients require newer model cell phones for their systems and AML Rightsource knows that the pay is so minimal that it may take you a at least year to save enough disposable income to upgrade your phone. The more you can figure out yourself the better you will do. It’s also a numbers game the more production you have the faster you will rise regardless of the quality. If the pay was increased $5-$6 per hr this could be a great place to work. If you plan on leaving give notice on your last day, because the day you give notice will be your last day.

Pros

Individual managers you directly report to can be incredibly understanding and supportive. The work can be interesting.

Cons

It's a managed services company, and sometimes goals are unrealistic. Pressure can be intense. Managers are often promoted through the ranks and might not actually be cut out to manage people - it's highly variable. Sometimes you get unlucky. It tends to be writing intensive and requires attention to detail fr fr, and a lot of people overestimate their abilities.
