There are multiple leadership levels from Senior to Team Lead, and Supervisor positions, but the lack of growth is real. I've been with the company multiple years, and haven't been able to progress in my role. The positions exist and but Directors chose not to fill those roles as people leave the company or change departments. I guess they want to save on overhead costs.
Additionally, new employees start at a higher pay than existing employees in the same role. This needs to be looked at, and re-evaluated.
People hired 6 months ago make PENNIES less than me and I've gone through multiple merit increases.
