-Weak management. It is hard to take who they promote as MORs and DORs seriously. For example, recruiters who were struggling to grow their own desk, but had management experience. Recruiters who haven't been beyond a higher TOA count and higher pay grade, but are great "Yes" people who will tell management what they want to hear vs. what they need to hear. If you know how to politic you will promote!
-Unprofessional management team. Hearing them gossip about another team member is completely unprofessional and makes me feel like I cannot trust them.
-High turnover. They hire a batch of new recruiters every few weeks which makes you feel like a number.
-Overtime is always heavily recommended which really does make you feel like number and that they don't respect the work/life balance.
-Incorrect commission statements. I am still waiting on one of my commission statements to be paid out correctly.
-Lower entry pay for recruitment vs. the other travel agencies
