Pros
Potential to make decent money... but takes a while to ramp up.
Cons
Very sexist environment, old school men still run the show and everyone else's hands are essentially tied. Employees are NOT treated equally. The favoritism here is out of control. If you are a "yes" person and don't like sticking up for yourself, you might be a good fit. They will treat you however they want, employees might as well just be numbers, because numbers are all that matters at MH. They are slowly but surely getting rid of directors and long-term employees so they can hire in 'entry level' employees (low base salaries and less commission). As a recruiter, you have zero control of what accounts come across your desk to work BUT if your director likes you, you might get lucky and get some good accounts. Good luck moving up and making this a long-term career as the men in charge will make that very hard to happen.
