Pros
Benefits, bonuses, gifts, and giveaways. I'm drowning in all of the free swag. The employee resource groups for networking and other opportunities for growth are fantastic. I recommend AMN if you're trying to get into corporate work and are interested in self improvement. Their room for growth and benefits are amazing, and they promote mental health in ways that actually help (large bonuses specifically for mental health + 8 free sessions a year + all but force you to take your PTO). I will try not to provide too many specifics, but their benefits are more than I could list here. They also provide frequent AMN-wide bonuses on top of whatever bonuses you're already getting because we are all part of one team. Culture and inclusion here is 100%. I have never experienced that, even when companies say they promote inclusion.
Cons
Commission percentage is really low, and you constantly have to be working and learning to reach those promotions, where the real money starts coming in. It makes sense, but I also feel like that percentage should be higher to keep that motivation going.
