Management has completely botched job rearchitecture and the combining of different groups in Physician Solutions. Feedback is not taken thoughtfully and leaders do not listen to solution-focused ideas - instead, they listen to the loudest and the whiniest. The company digs in to the old philosophy that all leaders should be top performers but does not acknowledge that not all top performers should be leaders. As a result, leadership is full of narcissists and toxic personalities. Boundaries are regularly crossed and communication is unprofessional at best. Gossip and negativity abounds.
