Pros

Remote work-only benefit if you’re lucky enough to live far away from one of their many ridiculous offices

Cons

They cut recruiters pay tremendously with no heads up. Demotions after years of no one being demoted-then because they made bad business decisions they decide to start demoted people. Guess what? Recruiters can’t control revenue. It’s out of our hands. We are expected to wear many hats and have several jobs all while receiving pathetic recruiter pay. If credentialing doesn’t help get a clinician active on time, we are the ones punished. If account managers don’t do what they need to do, we are punished. If nurses get sick or go out of the country and can’t work, we are punished. Constant micromanaging that distracts recruiters from working instead of aiding. Dozens of meetings and learnings every week that takes hours of productivity time away, yet then they want to know why our numbers aren’t higher. Same old busted leads with people who don’t answer and get annoyed at us. Just look at reviews here-people complain about us harassing them all the time with cold calls and yet this company does nothing to fix it. Cary Grace is a horrible CEO-selfish and cares nothing about employees here. We are told this is an industry wide problem yet I have found a different job with another staffing agency and it is completely different in a good way. They push inclusivity all the time and have whole months dedicated to specific races yet they take away overtime options, reduce wages, micromanage and care nothing about the mental health and physical health of employees. Every recruiter is burnt out and overwhelmed, to the point where some have to take leave of absences just to try to get their health in order. And when they return they are essentially fired. This company should be sued for the distress it causes its employees. They expect recruiters to do the job of 5 people yet offer no overtime. No clear direction offered on each account and things always slip, someone always drops the ball so we have angry clinicians who don’t know what they signed up for, don’t get paid on time and we have to be the ones to explain things to them in a way that doesn’t make the company look bad. This is a horrible job and I’m so glad I’m no longer there.

The biggest opportunity lies in simplifying how work gets done and ensuring consistent experiences across teams.

Cons

That said, like many large and evolving organizations, there can be challenges around alignment, prioritization, and navigating complexity across teams. The experience can vary significantly depending on your role, leader, and part of the business. Organizational complexity — Navigating systems, processes, and cross-functional work can sometimes feel heavy or unclear Inconsistent experiences across teams — Culture and execution can vary depending on leadership and business unit
