Pros
There are no pros when working for this horrible establishment.
Cons
Where do I begin? They first had a recruiter call me and say you will get $30,000 salary plus commission. When I was sent my offer letter it stated my wage was $14.42 hourly plus commission. $14.42 hourly equals $27,686.40, not $30,000 as I was originally told multiple times. I was then informed that they do not pay for overtime over 40 hours. You cannot legally make people who make an hourly pay work essentially for free for hours worked over 40 hours. You can if it was salary as stated when the recruiter calls to set up an interview. They are complete liars and con artists. It's disgraceful. Oh and the first couple of pay checks are sent as live checks because it takes 2-3 pay periods for direct deposit to come. So they send the live checks to your home. Not overnighted so that you are paid on Friday. No, I didn't receive my check until Monday (hopefully). Still waiting on that. I've reached out to the department of labor and shared the unlawful practices that this company does.
