Pros
Working at AMO is great. It is a very laid back and casual work environment. Everyone has a job to do and everyone trusts you to do your job well, so there is very little micromanaging. Very open to ideas and trying new things.
Cons
It is a growing start up, so there are growing pains. Sometimes things happen last minute that throw you for a loop and you have to completely stop what you are working on to tend to it. While it can be frustrating at times, managers and officers do an excellent job at rolling up their sleeves and helping to get things done. I hesitate to even call this a con because even when something last minute does happen, everyone is so willing to help get things done. That being said, if you are not flexible and adaptable, this may not be the best place for you!
