      Pros

      This is a very hands-on community involved stakeholder company. It is so awesome to be apart of a global company. They truly take into consideration work/life balance and the well-being of employees to the next level. I have never seen such a company that really embodies this as apart of their culture not a "temporary" thing due to the times we are in, but a company that prides itself that it is "the way of life" that is forever changing. Thank you AMS!

      Cons

      Not being able to interact in-person since onboarded virtually and a remote position, so at no fault to the company but due to the pandemic and all of our safety.
