Pros

Engaged leadership and executive management team who care. ANB has worked really hard over the last few years to continue adding benefits to employees such as free parking, expanded work from home policy for various positions, additional week of vacation time for new hires, and extra week of vacation for milestone anniversaries. ANB strives to promote from within when openings come up which provides great growth opportunities if you are willing to work hard!

Cons

Many of the processes and systems are more manual than other banks I have worked at making it more difficult to get things completed quickly. The branch teams are responsible for a lot of back office tasks that should be centralized to free up front line employees to better service customers.
