Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you are upset with your experience at ANB. We believe there are always areas for us to improve and will certainly take any constructive feedback that you may have given in your exit interview to heart. We fundamentally believe personal and professional growth is important for everyone. We encourage employees to learn both at the job and outside of work by pursuing advanced certification. ANB is happy to pay for any approved certification and we have sponsored 16 of our employees in the past two years. The goal of our work is not at all to be busy work and we are continually looking to put processes in place that ensure this is the case. As a global organization we have functional reasons for our company hours. We have client and development teams in both India and the United States and it is imperative for our teams to be aligned in communication. As a smaller firm we did in the past have employees working more frequently to deliver projects on weekends. As we have grown larger, we are happy to say this is much more of an exception rather than the rule. No employees are forced to do any type of work that are deemed personal. We are aware that a handful of the staff volunteer their time to help each other. We are sorry to hear you felt that management did not listen to your voice and we are striving to make our feedback process more transparent and accessible to everyone.
