      Pros

      APL is a great company. Benefits were decent. But Director of Operations was the best Boss anyone could ask for. A mentor, a leader, a solid foundation.

      Cons

      No HR support. No onsite HR presence and conflicting information provided. Turn over in HR resulted in many missed opportunities and low morale.
