      Pros

      Will hire basically anyone, regardless of how little they know about the logistics industry. Often hires from agencies.

      Cons

      Poor Pay, annual raises are less than 2%. Little opportunity for career advancement. Turnover rate is high, most will leave for better jobs. Work environment is hostile. APLL will throw employees under the bus to appease their customers.
