The Auto Equipment Department in Farmington Hills MI, was very unorganized and the communication amongst the contingent staff was very poor. Management was not affective in implementing work flow procedures and effective pedagogies with regard to solving problems and assisting clients. Data Applications are either archaic or non existent, as the company still relies on basic MS Office Applications for major data management. Clients of APL Logistics are treated with utter disregard. If you are looking to start a career in a professional, team oriented, and costumer focused environment, APL Logistics is not the Company to work for.
