Pros

I like the people, professional yet fun and helpful.   I enjoy the work. It can be challenging yet it is always educational, we work with artifacts (coins, paper currency, bullion from mints and foundries worldwide).   Perks add up quickly: Insurance, continuing education benefits, paid leave, free lunches, free parking, free shirts, jackets to wear in the secure area, bonuses and other nice surprises. It is a fast-paced environment, but that only means we are getting lots of business! Management does a lot to ensure that we are rewarded for our hard work. It is a great place to work!

Cons

The highly secure environment limits what you can wear. If you work in the secure area, you will be limited in your apparel, under garments, jewelry so to keep your metal profile very low. In my experience, there are limited promotional opportunities.

Pros

Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I’m empowered to make my own decisions without being second-guessed, which allows me to truly drive meaningful change. The team I work with is phenomenal—collaborative, supportive, and passionate. I feel like I’m making a real impact every day and contributing to something that’s scaling in a big way. It’s rare to find a role where you have both autonomy and influence, and I’m grateful to be part of it

Cons

Staffing can be a real challenge. Entry-level pay isn’t very competitive, and some of the systems feel outdated and overly complex, which makes training harder than it should be. You wear many hats such as food catering and procurement can be especially demanding in busy seasons. The business is market-driven, the volume swings can be intense. It’s tough to staff appropriately without putting strain on the team. Still, if you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving tough problems, there’s a lot of opportunity here.
