Great in the beginning as a temporary employee. Support was good in the beginning from department manager, although she was aware of problems with her direct reports. Temp rate paid well. Included in department meetings, planning and fun time.
Cons
Two department members very prejudice if you are not a AZ native. Treatment after a week or so dropped to back stabbing, lying about ones completed job duties. Considerable amount of criticism and holding back on training. In fighting over work to be done although assigned to new temp. Ignoring customers calling for assistance understanding their pay or YE statements. Customer Service in this department does not exist. Department manager will not stick up for you or hear and admit to dissension within her own department.
