Theres always hours to be sucked up because noone is doing their job.
Cons
Management is inept and has no real education on the tools being produced. You are your own program writer, quality control, and maintenance on all machines. Hiring is impossible if the ones hiring know nothing about the job the applicant is inquiring about. If youre looking for an awkward prison like work experience, this is definitely the place for you.
