Pros
Employees in the trenches are good folks and work hard. Location is good, easy freeway and bus acess and parking. Benefits package for a small company was very decent never had a problem. Older average age so everyone is pretty easy going. PartSmart parts look-up product has been a standard in power dealers for many years and the dealers love it.
Cons
Senior management led by Psycho Roy Olivier (his own favorite nickname) are the most demeaning bunch of guys creating the most depressing environment I've ever seen. Former CEO Brian Dearing pushed aside after many years of incompetence, why is this company always involved in litigation (check out the 10K) and have Board members that have had problems with shareholder lawuits at their former companies?
