Don't expect any raises, EVER. Senior Management seems to be more concerned about the company's image than the morale of its employees; too busy flashing their "bling" to understand the stress their underlings are experiencing. Antiquated hardware and dismissive management of same have made for angry customers. There's no closeness to be had between management and their staff. You'll never feel valued or appreciated here. That ideal has long since gone away.
