Pros
Coming up on being part of ARI for almost a year from the buyout of our previous company I couldn't be more thrilled to be part of the team. All the people here truly have an objection of making this a great place to work for in helping us have great products and also having each employees back.
Cons
Only downside to date is there is still a little bit of a disconnect with some of the offices.
