Pros
flexible work hours, they try to keep employees informed about how the business is doing and where we want to be moving forward
Cons
Raises/reviews are few and far between - not a lot of potential for growth within the company - departments fail to share important information that affects other departments - give more employees the opportunity to occassionally work from home if the weather is bad or they have a sick child or other need
