The management team really gets it, especially the VP of Operations, the CEO, the the director of Customer Support, and the Director of Dealer sales. This team works very hard to make sure employees are treated fairly and that we are happy working at ARI. Everyone seems to be morally center

Cons

There is some disorganization at the company, but it feels that we are really moving forward and making progress. Can put in very long hours, and raises can take a while to go through
