Pros
Your opinion matters here and your valued, the people are also great. The moral of the employees has significantly improved year over year. Senior management really wants to know how people are doing and take value in their happiness. I've seen, not only management, but the employees personally, go out of their way to help a co-worker in need. Of all the places I've worked this is the most personable. Although it can be challenging, it's always worth it.
Cons
There always seems to be a challenge with resources, there are not enough. Compensation could be reviewed more frequently and should be more competitive. However, these don't stop people from doing an amazing job and frequently going above and beyond.
