Pros
I enjoyed working with some of the people and learning the technology. There are some smart people there that could turn some things around.
Cons
Too slow to develop new and improved products and services...all out of date. Makes it hard to compete. They don't treat their employees well nor do they pay well. Acquires too many companies that they simply cannot afford and it affects the current employees.
