This review is strictly for the Cookeville, TN location. First of all, if you enjoy making practically minimum wage you will love this job! Most Marketing Consultants start out at 22k ($10 an hour before taxes). Upper management is husband and wife and their Mom is Human Relations, this place is riddled with office politics and the only people who make it are the ones willing to put aside all pride and kiss butt to managers or work your butt off for little to no recognition. While compensation increases are promised at every corner, they do not pay out and come up with any excuse to deny it. The business is slimy and clearly care little for their employees.
