Pros
The bi-weekly pay was somewhat decent but not worth the constant and unwarranted criticisms from management - who were both rude, cliquey and unprofessional
Cons
The harsh criticisms from management- I have never worked in such an environment where management was able to speak to you so harshly. By my second shift I was taken in for a meeting to ‘improve’ and told I was working below standards -feedback from my first shift! Ridiculous standards - the company needs to realise they are nothing more than a more expensive version of h&m and stop pushing nearly impossible standards on their staff, making them stay way past their scheduled shifts because the ‘hanger spacing’ is not good enough for them. Treatment of newly hired staff - you are shunned by other staff members and treated like an idiot by management, who constantly roll their eyes when you ask for help, but are very quick to report you to higher up management for failing to do the job adequately enough. You are shown something once and expected to get it like that and from then on brought into meetings to discuss your bad performance for not getting it the first time.
