Armada has a wonderful office environment with supportive management team. Exposure multiple client systems and processes gives great perspective on restaurant supply chain operations. Training and management development programs continue to gain momentum and are great for developing team members for management.
Cons
Continued growth and aggressive plans to continue to grow the business stretches certain areas of the company beyond capacity. A great opportunity for overtime that needs regulated during certain times of the year to prevent burnout.
