Pros
It's sad to see all of the negative reviews about Armada, because that has simply not been my experience here. I'm sure the environment is different in our warehouse locations, but the corporate office in Pittsburgh is great. I feel like this is a company that really cares about its employees. The work hours are pretty flexible and they're finally letting folks work from home a few days per week. There are catered lunches every Thursday and snacks available all day every day. Bonuses are pretty realistic in the sense that you always get most of, if not all of you bonus. Overall a really great place to work!
Cons
They are a little behind on certain technologies and pay can be a little low. I also wish we had more PTO and paid holidays.
