Pros
There are a lot of good things about Armada. They have consistent growth in their business year after year and have a really great client base. They actually care about their employees and do a lot of nice things that other companies don't do or have taken away over time (free lunches, gym membership subsidy, special events, casual dress, flexible work environment, etc). If you are interested in Supply Chain and Logistics this is a great place to work and get exposed to many areas of the business. Leadership Team is approachable and diverse.
Cons
No company is perfect and Armada has opportunity to be better in several areas but what company doesn't? They are really good at rallying around a challenge by including people from all the functions affected and open planning before making decisions. I cannot say that the cons would ever outweigh the pros about Armada.
