The HR department is run by a bunch of highschool minded girls with the mentality of the popular girls in high school. It's a click and if your not in it they will find a way to get rid of you. It's all about who your friends are in the company and not the quality of your work. The Hofmann's created this company and now that they are gone so is any semblence of maturity.
