Business Outlook
Pros
-The company culture is pretty laid back -They are very flexible and understanding of employee obligations outside of work and do their best to accommodate -Remote/hybrid work model -Opportunity for growth/development -Bonuses are always paid out
Cons
-The biggest con is the pay. Annual increases are only ever 2% (except last year when everyone got 5% but who knows what will happen this year) -There's a push from management to get people to utilize the office space, even though we are all capable of doing our job from home.
