Good work life balance. In almost a decade I've rarely taken my work home. 20 days PTO to start. Snacks and drinks provided while in office.
Cons
Low pay. The HR team as long a I've been there has seemed more like a high school clique than a professional HR. Forced you to confirm vaccination status and seemed on the verge of forcing it at one point before mainstream lost interest.
