Pros

1.Latest technologies to work on in frontend. 2.Flexibility to take 4 WFH days per month in case of emergencies. 3.Better pay scale. 4. Culture is good and engaging. 5. Supportive team ( depends ) 6. Heavy animations; you will get a strong hold on this. 7. The work is completely different compared to other domains, so you will get good exposure to the iGaming domain.

Cons

1.5 days working (at least hybrid should be there). 2. 3 months notice period. 3. Delayed promotions; people with 4–5 years of experience are still SDE 1. 4. Mandatory 9 hours. 5. No work-life balance. 6. Deadlines are not realistic. You have to work on multiple things simultaneously, and that too without majorly impacting performance. 7. The learning curve becomes linear after some months because you end up doing the same things repeatedly.

Pros

Few hard working guys nothing else.

Cons

1. A few engineering managers don’t know the ABCD of frontend development—they’re just busy playing politics. 2. The HR policies are pathetic. 3. The CEO and directors are only focused on creating HR policies. They have no idea what’s actually happening in the market. 4. The company offers nearly half the number of holidays compared to other good IT companies. 5. A few senior employees think they can just come to the office and sleep because they’re close to management. The list is long. There’s hardly anything good about this company—it’s full of politics, poor management, a terrible performance rating system, favoritism, and a few underqualified managers. Employees are fired randomly within six months, there’s no technical growth, and even the cafeteria is bad.

Pros

Accomodation, perks, location, locals, commute.

Cons

Bonuss like a joke. Office people seems friendly but they are not (most of them are hippocrates) and they are more likely talking from your back. Nepotizm and discriminatory... That's enough. No need to put more words.
