Pros

You can easily walk to the White House during lunch. There are some cool people there too.

Cons

Management is not held accountable by HR for any wrongful behavior. Horrible benefits. Have to punch a time clock even when salaried. Weird favoritism and double standards, but again, no help from HR.

The lower level staff and friendly and hard working, and we all have each others back. There is a true dedication at the lower staff level (director and below) to providing quality to our members.

Cons

The CEO is power hungry and quickly eliminates anyone who might be considered a rival or a threat to her power. The C-Suite panders to her who and doesn't stand up for the staff under them. Anything she wants she gets, which is stressful to staff as she constantly demands new programs without doing any kind of market or business analysis, and then staff are overworked and stressed having to churn out new programs that consistently fail.
