Marketing department is very difficult to work with. They don’t use best practices that asae teaches, the organization stays the same because they don’t do anything new. They are still operating as if it’s the lte 1990s.

The lower level staff and friendly and hard working, and we all have each others back. There is a true dedication at the lower staff level (director and below) to providing quality to our members.

Cons

The CEO is power hungry and quickly eliminates anyone who might be considered a rival or a threat to her power. The C-Suite panders to her who and doesn't stand up for the staff under them. Anything she wants she gets, which is stressful to staff as she constantly demands new programs without doing any kind of market or business analysis, and then staff are overworked and stressed having to churn out new programs that consistently fail.
