Pros

It's a team of really good people (character and ability) working together on genuinely interesting problems and making progress really quickly. It feels just like what I'd imagine a successful early startup feels like. It's always impossible to tell for sure of course, but I think this company is on a trajectory to become huge pretty quickly!

Cons

Just like I'd imagine any fast growing startup, the growth seems to come with its set of problems and challenges. So far nothing I haven't seen taken care of though.
