Great people trapped, most looking for new opportunities elsewhere.

Cons

Poor toxic leadership like game of thrones style. People disappearing and no one knows what happened to them. Working late hours and weekends, burnt out engineers. Unsustainable business model, will flop and fizzle out in the next coming year or two when money runs out.
